\nany discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the Caringbah Pre-Kindergarten
\nCustomer Use Agreement, the latter will prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.         PERMISSION

The Website may be accessed and used only by individuals who
\nare able to enter into legally binding and enforceable contracts and you
